Cam is an electrical and diagnostic specialist, born in Victoria and attending the automotive program at Mount Douglas High School. He worked for Canadian Tire at the parts desk and Cedar Hill Esso before starting his apprenticeship at Simoes. He gained his Red Seal through Camosun College where he chose for the Wayne Blackwell Memorial Award as the year's top graduating apprentice. In 2020, he became part of the Simoes Automotive ownership group.
